Another great new series from Milly Taiden. This book has it
all. The sex is hot the talk is dirty and you have a woman, Carly Tobian who
won’t take any prisoners. Carly had grown up with having rude remarks and
slights thrown her way all because of her curves but she has tossed that all
off, she is proud of her curves and wobbly bits and in her mind she is
beautiful and she is inside and out.
Carly had grown up with a father who thought he knew best
and was forever introducing her to men who in his eyes he deemed was a great
match. Carly had had enough of his controlling ways and had managed to get away
and had gone to work for her best friend Kira in Raging Falls. Kira had met the
man of her dreams, Luke Lyen, a shifter, and had mated with him and now was
their wedding day and Carly as her best friend had helped with the arrangements
and was the main bridesmaid.
This story begins at that wedding. Before moving to Raging
Falls she had never met a shifter in fact her father had given strict
instructions for her to stay away from them but Carly had been pleasantly
surprised at how nice the people are in the town and especially a certain
shifter called Bastien Auberon who had been flirting with her since she had
come to work for Kira as he was best friends with Luke and she saw him around
quite a bit.
Bastien had a way with him and every time she came in
contact with him he always seemed to bring her women bits alive. With a wicked
grin and a body who is every woman’s sexy wet dream he had managed to be
constantly in her dreams. Because of the age old tradition of throwing of the bride’s
bouquet to the single women attending the wedding and also Kira making sure
that Carly was amongst them, to her embarrassment she finds herself being hit
by said bouquet. To carry through with this tradition, she finds herself
sitting on a chair in the middle of the room waiting for whoever out of the men
had caught Kira’s garter and lo and behold the man approaching her was Mr Sex
on Legs himself who was to have the honours of putting the garter on Carly.
Sitting on that chair Carly thought he looked sexy as hell…

The attraction Carly felt for this shifter was filled with
lust and her mind had imagined every scenario possible and now he was kneeling

me this is one hot way to put a garter on a person.
Bastien was one very good looking shifter and had been
attracted to Carly since he first met her, but after placing that garter on her
leg he knew “Mine,” kept running through his mind and his bear had recognized
his mate. Now all he had to do was make Carly realize that and agree.
The story tells you of how this gorgeous bear shifter after
sharing some very hot loving amongst the sheets with Carly had his work cut out
as in Carly’s mind all it was, was some scorching hot sex for one night.
This is one hot erotic romance and you will love it but also
the story contains more than romance which will keep you turning the pages
until the end. Milly Taiden I think this new series is toe curling and had me
fanning myself phew. I have loved your books and am a real fan. You have kept
me up many a night into the small hours drinking them in and I love you for it.
