Friday Frights ~ PNR Review ~ Spirits & Spells (Warlocks MacGregor Book 5) by Michelle M Pillow

Book Description:

Charlotte has had it with the MacGregor clan interfering in her life. There's the overbearing Niall. An overprotective Euann. And, lest she forgets, crazy Uncle Raibeart who keeps proposing marriage to her and every other woman in Wisconsin. Everywhere she turns there appears to be more MacGregors following her around.

But that would be silly, right? Why would a clan of sexy Scottish men care what she's up to?

Psst... Readers, guess who is in love with Charlotte (well, besides Raibeart)? Her wild MacGregor journey is far from over, but now it's her turn to finally get the upper hand...

Warning: Contains yummy, hot, mischievous MacGregors who are almost certainly up to no good on their quest to find true love.

Yet again Ms Pillow has pulled it out of the bag. Another highly entertaining story of that infamous MacGregor family, showing all their foibles and strengths and of course Uncle Raibert who just loves to feel the wind against his skin.

This story is about the dour, but still gorgeous, magical werewolf member of the MacGregor family. As the enforcer of the family and others of the supernatural species, Niall has had to do many things in his long life, but having to erase the memories of Catherine Carver was one of the hardest things he had ever done.

Niall is greatly attracted to the beautiful Catherine but her being human she was out of his reach. Then by a twist of fate Catherine starts to remember. In her dreams she hears Niall’s voice and through her memories her explosive attraction for him comes to a head when they have to share a bedroom.

“Their fevered bodies met in frantic thrusts. When climax came, it was a visceral experience.”

The story tells of the growing relationship between Catherine and Niall but there is plenty going on around them, threatening them and the family which will keep you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next.

I have really enjoyed this series Ms Pillow. It deserves the five stars I have given it and I hope to read more of this delightful, mischievous family.
