I can see that this could become a really excellent series, if all future books are as good as this one.

Sadie's Shadow lays down the foundations of what this series will be about, with interesting characters, all different, which makes up the Ladies of the Sky. This book tells of hardships that have been borne by many, which has brought all the characters closer, making them a family. It also has blood spilt, people being cruelly tortured, but at the other end of the scale you have a meeting of two special people, brought together by destiny, giving them a love they have never known and some very hot hot sex. Also, with a bit of humour thrown in for good measure.

This book is about Sadie, a high-born dragon shifter, leader of the Ladies of the Sky and the meeting of her destined mate. When confronted with him Sadie fought all feelings that she felt for him. He knew immediately who she was to him, although Sadie did everything to get away from him he never gave up. As he told her she was his...

Yet to get their happy ever after they have to fight against an evil to overcome first.

I found this a very enjoyable book. The characters in it I can see will make for intriguing reading in future books. This was great writing Ms Mills and I will certainly be reading more of your fascinating series.
